All the materials /mould boxes are handled with help of overhead electric operating cranes to ensure safety of the employees at the workplace.

For pouring the molten metal from the furnace into the ladle to the mould boxes we use anelectric operating crane 3MT capacity.

To remove castings from the mould boxes a monorail electric Hoist-1MT capacity, is used to lift up the mould boxes and to place them in the knockout system where the castings are removed from the moulds.

To transfer the mould boxes to and from the mould machines a transfer trolley is used.
