Melting Shop

Our melting shop comprises of 2 latest Electrotherm medium frequency induction furnaces, from which the metal is supplied. The specifications of the Furnaces are

1) 300kg Capacity-350KW
2) 500kg Capacity-350KW

These furnaces enable us to manufacture a wide range of C.I. and S.G. Iron Castings of desired chemical composition and temperatures. The furnaces are coupled with Carbon-Silicon Analyser to control the metal composition to relevant standard.
