To ensure production of mould is from best quality sand, the sand is thoroughly tested at regular intervals for inspection of total clay, active clay, dead clay, Volatile Matter (V.M.), Loss of Ignition (L.O.I), Green Compression Strength (G.C.S), Permeability, Compatibility, Moisture, Mould Hardness, and Core Hardness etc.
