Moulding Line

To decrease the impact on the environment, the latest sand technology is used in the moulding system as well as using some of the former skills on the specialist casting projects up to 500 kg depending on the type of metal.

The castings are manufactured from varied sand moulding processes that are thoroughly chosen with taking material, size, quantity and application of the final element into account.

1) Green Sand Moulding

The semi-automated moulding line for production of green sand moulds comprises of 2 – ARPA450 kg. Capable of producing volume and batch quantities, in weight range of 1-101 kgs per unit, producing 50 moulds per hour with help of each moulding machine.

2) No-Bake Sand and CO2 process Moulds

For these 2 types of sands, Hand moulding is preferred. Depending on the size of the castings, if weight of the castings is exceeding 101 kgs then the castings are produced through hand moulding process. Hand moulding process enables us to produce castings in weight range upto 500kgs per unit.
